Education, creation, and preservation in action.

EDUCATE

Hymn Education & Musical Heritage

Hymns are more than melodies. They carry history, poetry, theology, musical structure, cultural memory, and generations of lived experience. Lyfe Wyth Hymn creates educational experiences that introduce learners of all ages to the history, language, performance practice, and continuing significance of hymnody.

CREATE

Composition & Arranging

Preserving a tradition does not mean freezing it in time. Lyfe Wyth Hymn supports new hymn texts, new musical settings, arrangements of traditional hymns, and original works inspired by the language and heritage of hymnody.

DOCUMENT & PRESERVE

Music Preservation Project

Lyfe Wyth Hymn brings singers, instrumentalists, arrangers, conductors, and audio professionals together to capture and preserve hymn traditions through professionally produced musical projects.

12 Hymns in 12 Months

A central Year-One initiative of Lyfe Wyth Hymn is the production and documentation of twelve hymn selections in twelve months.

The project combines newly created material with music rooted in historic hymn traditions, documenting each work through composition, rehearsal, capture, production, preservation, and digital release.

One year. Twelve hymns. A tradition carried forward.
